REPLAY: How to Tell Stories

6
1

👉🏼 Watch or rewatch this workshop on storytelling to quiet the noise and find/tell your stories with more ease and mischief!

Your comfort and confidence in telling stories, and especially telling YOUR OWN STORY, determines your impact, and we need you making all the impact—not worrying about if your story is good enough, relevant enough, what part matters, how to tell it, hiding and hoping no one asks.

EVERYONE has these questions. This is where you work them out.

In this workshop we cover:

  • my 3 steps to telling better stories (and giving yourself all the permission)

  • what to think about when you’re actually mid-telling!

  • examples from moi

  • super juicy group discussion on stuff like SMALL LIES FOR GREATER TRUTH, WHEN THE INNER CRITIC THINKS WE’RE TOO WEIRD, and RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLE’S STORIES OVER OUR OWN AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT

  • my Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson behaving badly on set tale, just ‘cuz. See what happens live when you leave out an IMPORTANT PART UP TOP 🫠

👉🏼 As you gather your story ideas, consider what you might want to bring into next month’s Zoom date—which will be an open Q&A + live coaching time together.

Next month’s Zoom date:

FRIDAY MAY 17th at 10a PT, 1p ET, 6p GT

Throw it on your cal.

Big hug,

Samara

PS. People I mention in the workshop who you should look up!

Serena Hicks

Mike Ganino

Elizabeth Lesser (book rec: “Cassandra Speaks”)

Dr. Uri Hasson (that’s a link to his TED talk)
