Why Work With Me?

I’m the author of 2023 Penguin Random House bestseller Permission to Speak—a love letter and guide for anyone about to open their mouth, available in 15+ countries and 5 languages. You can read my TIME Magazine piece for the gist or grab yourself a copy here (I read the audiobook, too).

But the reason I’m an author is: I’m a coach. I’ve been called a permission whisperer, a public speaking revolutionary, and a modern media strategist introducing today’s workforce to our hidden history of voice bias as well as the vision and tools to overcome it.

I’m not big on labels; I’m big on results.

And I call success getting all the yeses YES, but also YOU FEELING GOOD ON THE INSIDE. That’s the real revolution. And this is radical work, my love.

For over a decade I’ve coached magnificent humans to show up magnificently in the moments that matter. That includes thousands of folks privately as well as in workshops with groups like Google, MAC, Telemundo, SXSW, and The Tory Burch Foundation. Household names and quiet visionaries not yet ready to claim the title.
